Webinar: 2022 Outlook for Energy & Environment Policy and Regulation

The Biden Administration kicked off its first year with an emphasis on energy and climate policy. Now that the mid-term elections are on the horizon, will there be substantial progress this year?

ConservAmerica hosted a discussion with government affairs experts Adam Ingols and Scott Segal, and climate policy reporters Lesley Clark and Justin Worland, on Wednesday, January 12, for a conversation on the outlook for energy and environment legislation and regulation in 2022. The discussion addressed some of the challenges that may stand in the way of implementation of current policy, what issues may have an effect on Congressional action as we approach the fall, and upcoming and pending court cases that will impact the policy framework.
