Betting on full electrification to reduce transportation emissions is not an efficient strategy
ConservAmerica Vice President of Policy Todd Johnston sent the following letter to the editor to the Wall Street Journal in response to an article on the lifecycle emissions of electric vehicles. Johnston authored a ConservAmerica report at the end of last year on pathways to reducing emissions from the transportation sector.
