This year’s recipients of the Congressional Champions Award were Senator Kevin Cramer of North Dakota, Senator Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Rep. Andrew Garbarino of New York’s 2nd District, and Rep. Ryan Zinke of Montana’s 1st District. The award recognizes members for their commitment to advocating for innovative and commonsense environmental, energy, and conservation policies.
