Greg Manocherian

RoeCo Holdings LLC was founded in 1994 by Greg Manocherian, a private real estate investment and development company based in New York, with holdings nationally including all property types; net leases, land, office, multi family residential and retail.

Our business philosophy is conservative, many of our holdings are held without debt. In 25 years in many businesses, we have built a reputation of fulfilling obligations while maintaining the highest ethical standards. We have a proven track record of acquiring properties without delay or renegotiation.

Aside from our business operations, we have many charitable efforts, including The Roe Foundation of which I am Founder and Chairman.
